In response to the new Australian Government updated social distancing and protocols to provide the safest possible environment there are unfortunately a number of activities that have now been cancelled or postponed. We have learned over recent weeks, social distancing is a key element of the containment strategy for COVID-19. Activities impacted include :-
- All year level parades
- School Block Sport
- School Representative Sport
- Clontarf & Stars Camps and out of school activities
- Cluster Band Practice
- Theatre Restaurant and rehearsals (postponed)
- School trips, camps and excursions that were scheduled to commence from 21 March or after are to be postponed or cancelled until further notice
I appreciate that the postponement or cancellation of many of these events will be disappointing to both students, staff and the greater community. We will review this in the future when protocols are changed.
